How to book?
Book your favorite piece and select your dates on our website. To confirm your order, please make payment and send your receipt to our IG account @naravi.co or email orders@naravi.co within 12 hours. If payment isn’t received within that time, your order will be cancelled automatically.
What are your modes of payment?
We accept GCash payment and Metrobank transfer. Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
Who covers the delivery fee?
Item will be booked through a third-party courier. Delivery fees are shouldered by the renter and paid directly to the rider.
How will the delivery work?
Once your rental is confirmed, we’ll send over a tracking link and the shipping fee details. When it’s time to return your piece, we’ll share easy return instructions and you’ll just need to book the return shipment.
What time do you deliver?
Orders will be dispatched between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM on the first day of your rental period.
Do you ship nationwide?
We only deliver within Metro Manila and nearby areas in Rizal and Cavite, as long as Lalamove or Grab can reach the location. Delivery fees will be covered by the renter.
Do you allow alterations?
Please do not wash, iron, alter, or repair any rented item.
What if I want to extend my rental period?
While rentals can’t go beyond the standard period, if you think you might need a little extra time, just give us a heads-up. Our team will check if an extension is possible. If it is, an additional ₱500 per day will apply. If not, please return the items on the original return date.
What happens if I damage the dress?
Kindly return the item so our team can assess its condition. If any damages are found, the appropriate repair or replacement charges will be applied to the renter.
Do I wash the item before returning?
No. We take care of all dry cleaning before each rental so you can simply wear and enjoy
